Single day is pick up only, however, delivery is available for Multi-day rentals.

Free delivery within 35 miles (includes Warroad, MN) $200 fee to deliver 36 miles - 50 miles.  

We rent all of our sleds for full days. It is your snowmobile for the day, how long you are out is up to you. Earliest pick up is 8:00 am, latest drop off is 6 pm. There are no refunds or discounts for early returns.

It is $299 for the day. We have multi-day discounts, the more days you rent, the bigger the discount on each day. The discounts are auto-loaded into our online booking system. 

The Safety of our clients is a our first priority. We do not permit snowmobile rentals to go out in severe weather, which is under our discretion. If we deem unsafe to go out on your single day rental, you will not be charged. 

Just like a rental car, it will come with a full tank. You can bring it back full or pay for fill up upon returning. 

At XCape Rentals, safety is our top priority, one of our team will provide you with a thorough Orientation and Safety briefing before you set out. Be sure your entire party is present and on time for your scheduled pick up or delivery.

The snowmobile rental season is dependent on snowfall - but a typical season will start late Nov or early Dec and can run into March.

There are many resorts that offer lodging and ice house rentals that are nestled on the Rainy River only minutes from us.

1. You must be 21 yrs or older to rent, with a valid Drivers License. 

2. No alcohol consumption before or during the use of our units.

3. You are responsible for the risks and damage you may incur to the snowmobile. On the day of the booking we take a 'damage deposit ', which is a Pre-authorization of $750. A temporary hold of funds on your card. (not a charge) This is automatically released when you return the unit or after 5 days, unless there is damage. 

4. Riding is permitted on the Trails, Lake and River only. No roads, ditches or properties.
